Yes we are slowly getting him used to them.

I'm not sure of the spelling but he has panous.
It's an autoimmune disease that attacks the eyes.
Eventually he will become totally blind. There is swelling that the cream has helped slow down and the sunglasses will help protect him from the uv rays of the sun. The UV rays will speed up the condition so that's why he HAS to wear those sunglasses.

DOGLES!!! I always wanted to get a little pair of those for Joey. 
His eyes water in the sunshine. I put some teddy bear sunglasses on him for a car ride once and he seemed very comfortable with them on. But I lost them. I keep forgetting to get him some new ones at the craft store.

I think he looks like an old man in that picture. He actually did like wearing them. His eyes water so badly in the sun sometimes. I think he noticed the difference right away. He is a clever little bugger!
